Readings, Sessions, and Digital Products
All purchases of readings, consultations, and digital products are final and non-refundable. Because each session involves dedicated time, preparation, and energy, and because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds or exchanges can be offered on these items once purchased.

Physical Products
I want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or defective, or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To initiate a return:
Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number before any item is sent back. Please email [email protected] to request one. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
Once your RA number is issued, your item must be received within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Opened items (decks, books, or sealed products that have been unsealed)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer before reaching out — processing delays on their end are common. If you’ve done that and still have questions, email [email protected].
Exchanges
Items are exchanged only if defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs will not be included. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can’t guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
