Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

Booking a live session reserves dedicated time and energy for you. Please read this policy before scheduling so there are no surprises.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Changes requested inside that window will be charged at the full session rate. To reschedule, email [email protected] or reply directly to your confirmation email.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and have not contacted me in advance, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and the full session fee will be charged. No exceptions.

Reminder Emails

You will receive confirmation and reminder emails leading up to your session. These are a courtesy. If you choose to opt out of reminders and subsequently forget your appointment, that is a no-show. Opting out does not excuse the missed session.

Confirmation Emails

Please read your confirmation email carefully and verify the date, time, and your contact details. If you don’t receive a confirmation after booking, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact me via the contact form at starseedkate.com so I can resend it. An undelivered confirmation due to an incorrect email address is not grounds for a missed session exception.

Time Zones

My scheduling system displays appointments in your local time zone. Please pay attention to AM and PM — if you’re accustomed to a 24-hour clock, 12am is midnight and 12pm is noon. Timezone confusion is not grounds for rescheduling or a refund.

Technical Difficulties

If you experience a technical issue before or during your session, email [email protected] or reply to your confirmation email. Please do not reach out via social media, as those accounts are not monitored for support. If a platform outage affects both of us, we will reschedule at no charge.

Contact Details

You will have multiple opportunities to verify your phone number and contact information through your confirmation and reminder emails. If an incorrect number is on file, I will attempt to reach you by email. If I don’t hear back within 15 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show.

All Fees Are Final

Payments for completed or missed sessions are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Right to Refuse or End a Session

I reserve the right to decline or end any session if a client is uncooperative, abusive, or presents a risk of harm to themselves or others. This is a space built on mutual respect, and I hold that boundary with care.
